Background: Client owns two rental units in a golf resort community in central Florida.
The Campaign: ISTA began in late February using 290 search terms, with a continental US target area. The campaign was planned for three months.
The Results: Both units were rented within six weeks, one lease definitely came from ISTA, total return on investment realized 800%.
NEW HOME DEVELOPER
Background: Client has constructed 11 of 28 high-end town homes in a western suburb of Cleveland.
The Campaign: ISTA began in March using 530 targeted search terms, constrained to a 40 mile radius. The campaign is ongoing.
The Results: In the first 15 days the campaign generated a relatively low 18 visits out of 5793 impressions. But due to the highly targeted nature of this medium, it generated two inquiries that lead to appointments. Return on Investment potential so far is 138400%.
INDUSTRIAL COMPONENT MANUFACTURER
Background: Small manufacturer in northern Ohio makes mechanical components for factory automation machinery.
The Campaign: ISTA began with 85 targeted search terms and a monthly budget of $300. The focus of the campaign is the continental US and is ongoing.
The Results: After only four weeks, the campaign had generated 104 website visits from 9791 Impressions. In that time the manufacturer had received two requests for quotes, including one from a San Diego firm, to whom they would typically never have been exposed. Return on Investment potential 3571%.
PROFESSIONAL CEREC COURSE TRAINER
Background: A dentist known nationally for his work in high tech dentistry trains fellow practitioners in high tech applications and techniques. He was having difficulty filling his classes.
The Campaign: ISTA began with 15 targeted search terms. The focus of the campaign is the continental US and is ongoing.
The Results: After only 4 weeks, the upcoming training session was sold out within a few days and two more training sessions were added in order to handle the overflow. Return on Investment potential HUGE.
